No Drink is a self-improvement application designed to help users reduce or quit alcohol consumption through sobriety streak tracking, craving management tools, breathing exercises, and motivational content. The app is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. It is not a substitute for professional addiction treatment.
No Drink offers a 3-day free trial for both subscription plans. During the free trial, you have full access to the app. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee. You may cancel at any time during the trial period through your Apple ID Account Settings at no cost.
You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose — personal self-improvement. You may not:
All content within No Drink — including text, graphics, icons, images, animations, and code — is the property of AppCabal and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content in the app without prior written consent.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. No Drink is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or addiction treatment. If you are experiencing alcohol dependence or mental health issues, please consult a qualified professional.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AppCabal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the app.
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Personal app data (reasons, streaks, logs) is stored locally on your device. Anonymized usage analytics are transmitted to third-party services (AppsFlyer, Superwall) for app improvement and performance measurement. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the app (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the app.
We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
